• Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.
• Replacement for items are subject to inspection and checking by the Ratna Kamal team.
• Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy
• Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your order, Nature Interior Hub will deduct payment gateway charges before initiating refund.

If you are unavailable, unreachable, uncontactable or refuse to take the order Nature Interior Hub will deduct the cost of Shipping charges, RTO charges, Tax from prepaid payment or partial payment in COD order.
